All the parts of a lovely outing fell into place as the WWAC art field trip took off for the day. The weather was a picture perfect sunny day. The first stop was a private tour of the Wharton Esherick home. He was a talented sculptor whose working and living spaces grew organicly over time to reflect his sensitivity towards materials. The afternoon was spent at the Chanticleer Gardens. Our picnic lunch was enjoyed outside surrounded by the abundant blooming flowers. We all walked the designated paths through the colorful landscape admiring the variety of creativity planted beds. I captured a few of the moments with my camera and I am happy to share them with you. I hope you will join us on our next adventure! – Heidi Kleinman, founding Board Member of WWAC
