The National Endowment for the Arts research has shown that children who get early arts enrichment education do profoundly better academically, socially and civically. Children exposed to arts at a young age have a greater chance of becoming creative and innovative thinkers in later years. The ArtScape curriculum introduces preschool, kindergarten, and first-grade artists to different media like drawing, painting, and sculpture projects to build skills with exposure to a wide range of techniques, all balanced with imaginative art-making. For younger students, parents are welcome to sit in the class with their child. New projects and subjects will be explored, so both new and continuing students are welcome. *This class is a part of our Certificate in Fine Arts Program and will give each student one point towards their CiFA certification.
