Live and In Color Gala

With the spring festival of Holi right around the corner, we are inspired to join in the call to celebrate with the exuberance of the season. Our hybrid gala event will feature a festival-like atmosphere with arts activities, food, and lots of color! Guests viewing from home will also feel part of the action as our hosts, Mikel Cirkus and Sashi Sreekanth lead viewers through the experience.
In-person attendance is for adults, 21 and over, only. Proof of vaccination is required.

FEATURED ARTIST – Silent Auction
We feel blessed to know so many wonderful artists. We have invited 20 of the best to join the “Featured Artist” portion of our event because of their involvement with West Windsor Arts, their exemplary artist portfolio, and their success as an artist. We are incredibly grateful to them for helping West Windsor Arts to fulfill its mission of transforming the world around us through the arts. These artists’ works will be offered for bid in the silent auction, ending at 9 p.m. on March 12, 2022.
We have provided artists of all ages with one 8×8” blank canvas (or they supply their own) to be part of our gala exhibition and sale. For this open invitation to our talented artist community, everyone was invited to create anything they want! Artists of all ages could showcase their style, or try something new. This artwork is offered for sale at a “Buy it Now” price of $88 each. Get them while they last!
Local business and community members have donated fabulous items, all offered at great deals. Don’t miss these special deals! Bidding will conclude at 9pm on March 12.

MUSIC
We will have a DJ spinning dance tunes to keep the party moving!
FOOD
A delicious array of finger foods by Masala Clan to enjoy and a bar featuring wine and beer as well as soft drinks.
ACTIVITIES
The studio will be set up as the “color room” where powdered pigments can be thrown with abandon. Be sure to dress for mess as well as to impress! Wear something that could use a little color!
Other activities will include interactive art projects, Bollywood dance, henna, and more. Our gala planning committee is hard at work planning a Holi-inspired evening of fun!
COVID SAFETY FEATURES
West Windsor Arts follows these guidelines to reduce, prevent and mitigate the transmission of Covid-19 and its variants. All adult patrons will be asked to provide proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test taken within 1 day of the event and to wear a mask, except when eating or drinking. HVAC with fresh air ventilation and additional HEPA filters are in use in all spaces. Hand-sanitizing stations are available. Limited in-person tickets available.
