Class Policies

FOR GENERAL INQUIRIES, call 609.716.1931, Mon-Fri, 10-6 p.m. or email our Education Director Corinna Bisgaier at

FEES: A late fee of $25 will be applied to a class one week before the start date of the class. All classes with insufficient registrations will be closed 48 hours before the class is scheduled to begin. We can only run a class if we know we have enough enrollment to pay our teaching artist. If you don’t register, we may end up cancelling a class that you want to take, so don’t delay!

CLASS REGISTRATIONS:  No refunds issued unless class is cancelled by the West Windsor Arts Council or for medical withdrawal.  In case of medical withdrawal a doctor’s note is required and a $25 administrative fee will be charged.

CLASS WITHDRAWAL: If a class is not a good fit for you or your child, we can offer a credit toward a future class. At times, we may be able to transfer to a different class during the class session. However, the best solution is to have a conversation with Corinna before registering to make sure that your child is placed in the right class from the beginning.

In the case of a student’s absence due to illness or other reason, we cannot offer a make-up class. Teaching artists are paid each time that they teach for the hours they teach. They understandably cannot teach, unpaid, for one child who missed a class. Please check your schedule carefully before enrolling to make sure that you have no schedule conflicts ahead of time.

Concerned about finding the right fit for you or your child? Give us a call and talk it through. Corinna can help you to find just the right class to fit your needs. (609) 716-1931 or
