I am interested in representation of Asian women and traditional clothings that represent the Asian culture. I am interested in how identity is expressed through iconic clothing, and how contemporary identity can be expressed. In my graduate work, I explored themes of Japanese and Chinese mythology. Now, I am more interested in the identity of a contemporary Asian woman who is perhaps clothed in traditional clothing.
