West Windsor Arts offers 10 weeks of summer fun and creativity in the visual and performing arts, as well as spring and fall break sessions. Choose from full-day summer camps for ages 6 to 13 or morning camps for ages 13 to 17. Spring and fall break sessions are flexible to meet your scheduling needs.
Parents/Guardians are encouraged to contact our Education Manager to discuss concerns and accommodations of your child as early as possible.
6 weeks of summer camp programs are available for teens, ages 13 – 17. Spaces are very limited. If your teen wants to stay in the afternoon as well, they can choose to volunteer in our younger student camps. Teens must apply for volunteering between February-June to qualify.
Children must be between the ages of 6 – 13 to join our full-day camps. Age requirements are different for each camp, so please pay attention to the age limits before registering. Children who are turning 6 years old in the same summer as their camp attendance are allowed to register for our camps.
We offer before care options from 8:00 am until the start of camp at 9 am for summer camps only. Students should bring breakfast to eat and a quiet activity to do, such as a book to read or a puzzle book, etc. Students are also welcome to draw or sketch during this time. At least 1 week's notice must be given to the Education Manager of attendance for before care. We currently do not offer after care options for our camps. All campers must be picked up by 5:15 pm.
Regular drop-off occurs from 8:45 am – 9:15 am in the parking lot, towards the back of the building. Parents must park, walk their child(ren) over to the check-in desk, and sign in their child(ren) each day. Pickup occurs from 4:45 – 5:15 pm in the lobby, so parents must park, walk inside the building to the lobby and sign out their child(ren), at which point a counselor will bring out the child(ren) into the lobby to go home. Parents can do an early pickup or late drop-off, but please email or notify the Education Manager as soon as possible. On rainy days, drop-off will occur in the lobby, so parents will need to park and walk inside the building.
