West Windsor Arts hosts the ArtWalk, a 1-mile walk and fitness challenge for all levels of participation. Also featuring art activities, challenges, picnics, music, and more!
We are proud to offer this day of healthy activities for the mind and body that features all the elements of health:
- Move – Exercise
- Fuel – Nutrition
- Recover – Sleep health, stretching
- Endure – resilience, stress management, things that bring joy (like the arts!)
- Connect – Social
Start your day by checking in at our registration table to pick up your goodie bag with map, scavenger hunt, and your first token.
1-mile walk (or run): The route will be clearly marked throughout our neighborhood with signage featuring inspirational quotes by famous artists and writers. Keep a lookout for the scavenger hunt clues along the way. Earn a token for completing the walk/run as well as the scavenger hunt! A great way for adults to warm up for the other fitness challenges.
Fitness Challenges: Visit our “Try-Art-Athon” activity stations and get a token for each successfully completed challenge. Each one will test your fitness levels with a combination of classic fitness and art-inspired challenges. A variety of low and high impact options will be available. The more tokens you get, the better the prize! Visit our prize booth to trade your tokens in.

Proceeds from the ArtWalk support West Windsor Arts’ education programs benefiting young children, teens, and adults, as well as arts programming for the community, free of charge whenever possible. West Windsor Arts Council is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
