Mayor’s Ball 2023
Every year a group of volunteers, calling themselves WW Gives Back, gets together to fundraise in support of a local nonprofit organization. Throughout the year, they create opportunities to come together in support of one of the pillars of community. This year, West Windsor Arts is the lucky recipient!
You may have heard of their other events, the Roohaniyat concert, the Cricket Championship Tournament, or Dive Into Summer. But, the culminating event is the Mayor’s Ball.
If you like to dress to the nines, enjoy drinks and fine food, and dance the night away while grabbing great deals in the silent auction, then this is the event for you! Come be a part of this annual West Windsor tradition.
The Mayor is the guest of honor, and this event is very much a community effort to support a cause we all love.
100% of proceeds raised by WW Gives Back all go directly to West Windsor Arts and will be used to improve the art center facilities and the offerings that it can provide to the community. Examples include updating the lighting and sound systems in the performance gallery, providing studio equipment to expand educational offerings, or developing the vision for the future expansion of this community resource.
The evening starts with your grand entrance to the event. Don’t forget to stop and pose for photos by Svetlana Boyko. Then, check out all the amazing items up for bid in the silent auction. Getaways, special luncheons, spa packages, tickets, and more could be yours if your bid is the highest of the night! Enter the ballroom and enjoy a cocktail from the bar before joining in a sumptuous feast with something for everyone. Each table will be festooned with creative decor and flowers provided by Perna’s and Wildflowers. The DJ from Outrageous Bass Entertainment will soon get everyone up on the dance floor with all the favorites from Motown to Bollywood. Step out onto the balcony for a bit of fresh air by the lake and capture the moment with friends.
Tickets are limited, and this event is likely to sell out. Because this is a fundraiser, tickets are non-refundable. If something changes and you can’t make it, please consider sharing your tickets with another community member who would love to come. Tickets go on sale starting May 1, 2023.
