Join us in a one hour meditation workshop to learn how to ease your mind and lower your stress levels. We will focus on breath work and our journey into relaxation through mediation practices. New and experienced students alike are welcome.
What to bring: A yoga mat or thick blanket or whatever is comfortable to sit and lay down on. West Windsor Arts has yoga mats if you forget yours, but we find it is best to bring something that is most comfortable for you to be fully relaxed.
This workshop is held in support of of Arts and Health month through Mercer County to promote the role of healing, affirming, and nurturing healthy individuals through creating art.
