West Windsor Arts awards Chee Bravo for her painting, Candle Light – The Bartender
Part of the Mercer County Artists Show presented by the Gallery at Mercer County Community College
The number of talented artists who live or work within the boundaries of Mercer County is astounding. This fact is reinforced annually when the Gallery at Mercer County Community College presents their Mercer County Artists show. West Windsor Arts has had a long relationship with the exhibition, providing an award to one artist whose work displays exceptional quality. The award provides a one-year Artist Level Membership, as well as a T-shirt, notebook, and certificate to an artist who does not currently have a membership at West Windsor Arts. Aylin Green, Executive Director, selected Candle Light – The Bartender from among the many worthy artworks for its sensitive depiction of the pride, joy and happiness of its subject. The piece draws the viewer into a personal experience, which is Bravo’s intention. West Windsor Arts is proud to welcome Chee Bravo as an Artist Level Member and looks forward to seeing her work in our gallery.
